Manager Asset Protection

Summary

Leads store asset protection efforts to reduce shrink, protect merchandise, and ensure the safety of associates and customers. Manages investigations, loss prevention initiatives, and compliance with company security policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the asset protection team, including scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and implement shrink reduction strategies and operational controls.
• Conduct and oversee investigations into theft, fraud, and safety incidents; prepare clear incident reports.
• Collaborate with store leadership, loss prevention partners, and local law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain and audit security systems, inventory control procedures, and surveillance operations.
• Deliver training on loss prevention policies, safety protocols, and incident handling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or investigations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with security technologies, surveillance systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to incidents as required.
