Manager Asset Protection

As a Manager of Asset Protection, you will oversee the safety and security of our retail location in San Diego. You will be responsible for implementing loss prevention strategies and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Develop and execute asset protection strategies to minimize loss and ensure safety.
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and resolve security issues.
• Collaborate with store management to implement security measures and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Lead a team of asset protection associates and provide ongoing training and support.

• 3+ years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
