Manager - Asset Protection - Fashion Place

The Manager of Asset Protection at Fashion Place is responsible for leading and supervising Asset Protection teams to ensure the safety and security of employees and assets. This role involves executing the company's shrinkage reduction strategy and partnering with store leaders to enhance profitability and align with company values.

• Lead and execute organizational strategy set by the AP Division.
• Develop strong relationships within the store, including Store Manager and other key departments.
• Act as the owner of building security and safety, educating staff on emergency preparedness.
• Monitor and communicate reports to ensure proper documentation of AP incidents.
• Leverage data to identify trends and mitigate theft.
• Lead execution of company shrink program and directives.
• Hire and develop talent to support investigations and AP programs.
• Utilize reporting to identify risks and maximize profitability.

• Proven success in investigative, asset protection, and security procedures.
• Experience in AP leadership roles.
• Understanding of Exception Based Reporting tools and Case Management Software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Computer proficiency, including monitoring and surveillance technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
