Manager - Asset Protection - Pentagon City

The Manager of Asset Protection at Pentagon City is responsible for overseeing Asset Protection teams, ensuring the safety and security of employees, and executing the company's shrinkage reduction strategy. • Lead and execute the organizational strategy set by the AP Division.

• Leverage data to identify trends and mitigate theft.
• Lead execution of company shrink program and directives.
• Hire and develop talent for investigations, auditing, and AP awareness programs.
