Job Description

Summary

As an Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory shortage performance and executing the Asset Protection Strategy for the store. You will ensure compliance with company policies and laws during theft investigations and work collaboratively with store teams to communicate and execute objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of physical inventory through monitoring reports and audits.
  • Communicate with Store Leadership, Managers, and Associates to drive awareness of inventory shortage results and strategy initiatives.
  • Provide oversight of audit execution and internal audit readiness.
  • Work with sales support to ensure shortage control processes are followed.
  • Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of retail Asset Protection Experience, preferably in a large volume retail environment.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski Interview Certification is ideal.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of identifying shortage exposures and developing creative strategies.
