Manager Asset Protection

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory shortage performance and executing the Asset Protection Strategy at the store level. This role requires adherence to company policies and laws during theft investigations and collaboration with store teams to communicate and execute objectives.

• Oversee and ensure the integrity of physical inventory through daily and monthly monitoring with Asset Protection Investigators.
• Communicate consistently with Store Leadership, Managers, and Associates to drive awareness of inventory shortage results and strategy initiatives.
• Provide oversight of audit execution and internal audit readiness.
• Work with sales support to ensure shortage control processes are followed.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience, preferably in a large volume retail environment.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Interview Certification is ideal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail security systems, information systems, and productivity software.
