SummaryAs a Manager of Business Planning, you will be responsible for driving strategic business planning and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to seek opportunities for business growth and stability, driving incremental growth and volume to the brand.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain models for internal and external customers and products.
- Analyze and validate forecast data; develop new approaches to forecasting to preserve stock levels and manage backorder.
- Align customer demand with production and inventory strategies.
- Ensure the demand plan is cost-effective and meets customer needs.
- Provide visibility on product performance to the management team.
- Execute tactical components of monthly demand planning.
- Manage the supply change request process.
- Coordinate with commercial management to develop product life cycle.
- Support project teams to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with brand and business teams on cross-channel distribution strategy.
- Analyze market and competitor trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Identify insights, challenges, and opportunities on the brand cross-channel; lead ideation and brainstorming sessions.
- Partner with Marketing Team to develop marketing programs and global promotions to improve brand recognition.
- Partner with LHB Retail team to help drive retail store expansion with the Milan Corporate retail team to assist in identifying key markets where new retail is not represented.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Sciences or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, brand management, or data analytics. Luxury experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
