Summary
The Manager, CVM Production-Windows will lead global production and rollout of CVM assets for windows vitrines and in-store campaigns, ensuring high quality execution, on-time delivery and adherence to budget. This role manages vendor relationships, oversees technical approvals and prototypes, and collaborates cross functionally to solve production and logistics challenges. The manager will lead and develop the production windows and animation team and coordinate freelancers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage production execution and global rollout of window and in-store CVM assets.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global vendors and local artisans.
- Oversee technical drawings approve prototypes and validate external windows with management.
- Manage order forms purchase orders and monitor shipments deliveries and installations.
- Serve as primary contact for production budgets and track expenditures for global rollouts.
- Partner with Design Graphics Finance Procurement Visual Merchandising Customs Compliance and Logistics.
- Develop bid strategies with Procurement and identify alternative materials or solutions for shipment challenges.
- Manage stage digital windows and ensure smooth transitions between launch phases.
- Lead develop and mentor the Production Windows and Animation team and freelance support.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in merchandising visual display styling or related areas.
- Luxury retail experience and primary experience creating compelling retail displays.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team and oversee global production budgets.
- Proficiency in 3D Rhinoceros Autocad Adobe Suite and Microsoft applications.
- Experience sourcing and traveling to domestic and overseas vendor factories for production.
- Educational background in Design or Luxury Management.
- Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cross functional teaming and presenting ideas to groups.
- Strong knowledge of vendor sources craftspeople materials techniques props and fulfillment.
