Summary

The Manager, Client Development leads and coaches boutique teams to deliver an elevated client experience and drive business results. This in-store role develops the client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events while supporting the Boutique Director with business insights.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment built on feedback, respect, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training on brand savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
• Use key performance indicators and lessons learned to improve team performance.
• Develop the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and social and seasonal events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to lead collaboratively and a strong understanding of client experience.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills are preferred.
• Passion for the brand, its history and products, and its social and cultural initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
