Manager, Client Development - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

Brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving boutique performance, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, and supporting the Boutique Director with critical business insights. This role delivers elevated client experiences through in‑store leadership, training, and local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Manage, develop, and provide ongoing training for team members on product knowledge and service delivery.
• Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Lead with agility, using key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the brand in market development through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
• Support the Boutique Director with business analysis and operational standards to drive results.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Requires in‑store presence to develop teams and ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld.
