As a Manager of Client Development at Las Vegas Crystals, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both the internal team and clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the business, coaching, and managing a diverse team, while equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members.
• Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
• Represent CHANEL in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
