Manager, Client Development - Miami Design

Summary

Lead client development and team coaching for a boutique, driving business results and elevated client experiences while supporting the Boutique Director with critical business insights. Serve as a brand ambassador, represent the boutique in the market, and foster a culture of feedback, inclusion, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback and teamwork
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge and service delivery
• Lead the team using key performance indicators to continuously improve
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement and partnerships
• Develop the client base via social and seasonal events
• Support the Boutique Director with business insights and team development
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lb
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of and passion for client experience
• Foreign language skills preferred
