Job Description

Summary

The Manager of Client Relations is responsible for supporting in-market strategy and execution of in-store and virtual client events and activations, emphasizing new and existing client engagements and bespoke High Jewelry experiences. This role partners cross functionally to develop localized approaches that maintain brand standards while driving client engagement and achieving key results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-store and virtual client events for the local market
  • Develop creative concepts to animate stores during launches festive moments and High Jewelry events
  • Collaborate with corporate partners merchandising and retail teams to align on brand standards and localized strategy
  • Manage end to end strategy for client activations experiences and client gestures gifting
  • Oversee relationships with production companies agencies and vendors to execute events
  • Create and maintain market client event calendar
  • Manage market client actions budget and track return on investment
  • Support new product launches High Jewelry road shows and ad hoc product events

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of event management experience
  • Experience in client relations or client facing roles
  • Luxury industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and advise on ROI
  • Existing relationships with vendors and external partners
  • Creative with a high taste level
