Summary
The Manager Communications And PR leads earned media strategy and execution for Champagne and sparkling maisons in the U.S., driving brand desirability through press relations, influencer and celebrity collaborations, and media partnerships. This role partners with digital, brand, agency, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, measure results, and protect brand reputation. The position is based in New York with a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to annual communications and public relations plans.
- Lead day to day execution of earned media campaigns and PR activations.
- Map cultivate and manage influencer and celebrity relationships and negotiations.
- Partner with digital team on integrated amplification and content production.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors tastemakers and media outlets.
- Identify and execute media partnerships to amplify brand positioning.
- Deliver post campaign analysis and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders external agencies and global maison contacts.
- Support issues management and crisis communications planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications PR marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications and PR preferably in luxury lifestyle CPG or wines and spirits.
- Strong track record managing press influencer and talent programs.
- Excellent writing presentation and storytelling skills with strategic and analytical mindset.
- Experience with KPI tracking reporting and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to influence cross functional and global matrix teams.
- Strong project management multitasking and budget management skills.
- Crisis communications experience and knowledge of compliance data privacy and regulatory standards.
