Manager, Customer Relationship

Summary

Leads store client development strategies, using customer insights and performance data to strengthen relationships with high-value clients and grow client portfolios. Partners with store leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences, corporate initiatives, and measurable clienteling results.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch strategies for Most Valuable Clients to improve retention, spending, and portfolio growth.
• Own the tactical roadmap for client development KPIs and monitor metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Lead store implementation of corporate client development programs in partnership with store leadership and corporate teams.
• Coach sales associates on Connect and CRM tools to use digital insights and deepen client relationships.
• Identify clients for Private Client Relations programs and support VIP activations, events, trunk shows, and high-value transactions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of luxury consumers and the ability to translate data insights into personalized client experiences.
• Ability to influence and motivate retail sales teams and encourage adoption of clienteling technology.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including interpreting performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with store leadership, Brand Experience, and corporate teams.
