Responsibilities- Build tools, reporting, and analytics to support the Commercial Performance Ecosystem.
- Partner with the COE and Commercial Team to incorporate business rules and objectives into the data strategy.
- Manage Commercial Data Products to enable sales teams to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Evaluate commercial project roadmaps and prioritize needs with the Data Steering Committee.
- Operationalize Commercial data products to increase adoption and usage.
- Create training agendas for Commercial reporting tools and frameworks.
- Lead data management for commercial reporting tools, ensuring data quality and access.
- Maintain a Knowledge Library of Commercial Insights in partnership with CCIS COE.
- Optimize Commercial Data assets and drive conversations with 3rd party data owners.
- Prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of data experience in a packaged goods environment.
- Experience with GCP and PowerBI required.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx.
- Wines and spirits experience in the U.S. three-tier system preferred.
- Proven functional expertise and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate data recommendations effectively.
- Progressive thought leadership and commercial acumen.
