Job Description

Summary

The Digital Merchandising and Marketing Manager at Nordstrom is responsible for driving product demand and sales through digital and offline strategies. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience from strategy to execution, primarily through digital interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the customer journey and achieve sales goals.
  • Work with Merchants to drive product strategy and align with Nordstrom's customer goals.
  • Develop and execute digital navigation and merchandising strategies.
  • Create marketing and content messaging strategies.
  • Drive Nordstrom.com features and functionality strategy.
  • Support reporting and optimization roadmap.
  • Lead and develop a team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in e-commerce with progressively larger responsibility.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership.
  • Experience scaling e-commerce businesses and driving digital to physical outcomes.
  • Understanding of Merchandising and Digital KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, in business, marketing, consumer research, or related field.
  • Relevant e-commerce or multichannel retail experience with luxury brands preferred.
