Manager Digital Merchandising Operations and Strategy

As a Manager of Digital Merchandising Operations and Strategy, you will be responsible for achieving customer outcomes at Nordstrom Rack, focusing on increasing demand and conversion. You will oversee the entire customer experience from strategy to execution, enhancing digital customer interactions and aligning strategies with customer goals.

• Align product and tech strategy with marketing/content and customer goals.
• Lead search, browse, and navigation strategy and execution.
• Manage product detail pages, product reviews, and recommendations.
• Drive app features and functionality strategy.
• Execute scaled events strategy for hallmark holidays and cyber week.
• Onboard new tooling and optimize existing ones.
• Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Operationalize resources and processes to meet OKRs.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital merchandisers.
• Manage sitewide initiatives and functionality on the back end.

• 5+ years of experience in digital, buying, planning, or marketing.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams.
• Ability to connect product strategies with customer experience goals.
• Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies.
• Expertise in digital navigation and merchandising strategies.
• Experience in developing digital features and functionalities.
• Strong background in messaging strategies that align with brand goals.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience engaging with internal executive leaders.
• Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses.
