Manager Employee Relations

As a Manager of Employee Relations at Chanel, you will play a critical role in fostering a human-centered organizational culture. You will support employees and teams in exhibiting productive work behaviors, facilitate effective dialogue between employees and management, and resolve workplace conflicts. Additionally, you will conduct investigations into employment concerns and partner with legal and benefits teams to process ADA workplace accommodations.

• Respond to and investigate employee issues and complaints, strategizing with P&O Business Partners on corrective actions.
• Conduct inquiries into internal claims of discrimination, harassment, and policy violations.
• Provide creative solutions to issues based on company policies and labor laws.
• Offer individual coaching related to performance, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Provide on-call employee relations assistance to P&O leadership and managers.
• Support legal team in responding to legal inquiries and claims.
• Identify training needs on P&O policies and work with learning and development to implement.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations or related field.
• Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills.
• Ability to remain tactful and persuasive in confrontational situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
