Summary

The Facilities Manager leads facility management services for the Pentagon City location, promoting safety and customer satisfaction. The role oversees technicians, vendors, maintenance, and building systems while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safety-first culture, including training and safe work practices.
• Lead technicians, vendors, and suppliers in maintaining and repairing equipment and facility systems.
• Manage supplier contracts, customer satisfaction, and relationships with site leaders, occupants, and property management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed and develop operating procedures and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emergencies and support operational goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of facilities management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, scheduling, and workstream analysis.
• Experience managing remote teams and contracted services.
• Strong customer relationship, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
