Manager, Fashion Expertise - Ala Moana

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise partners with boutique leadership to transmit CHANEL's creative vision to retail teams, driving exceptional client experiences through styling, product knowledge, and service standards. Based primarily in the Ala Moana boutique with support for the Waikiki boutique, this role leads in-boutique and off-floor learning, coaching, and onboarding to elevate team performance. The Manager acts as the liaison between the Fashion Expertise Office and local boutiques, tracking learning completion and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring in-boutique training sessions on collections, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors on personalized styling, curate looks, and enhance client interactions.
• Animate styling workshops, monitor training effectiveness, and co-create development plans with Boutique Leadership.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership on service indicators, Voice of Client feedback, and retail performance initiatives.
• Design and support New Hire onboarding programs and provide ongoing on-site coaching and evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality; retail training experience preferred.
• Proven styling expertise, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated coaching ability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques, lift 15 lbs, and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
