Manager, Fashion Expertise - Bellagio

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops boutique teams' fashion knowledge, styling capabilities, and luxury service standards. Based primarily at the Bellagio Fashion boutique, this role supports additional boutiques in Denver and Aspen through training, coaching, and partnership with boutique leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, craftsmanship, and client service.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in personalized styling and client relationship development.
• Assess training effectiveness, provide structured feedback, and create development plans with boutique leaders.
• Support collection launches, onboarding, client styling appointments, and business initiatives.
• Track learning completion and styling indicators, and share client and business insights with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, including luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Recognized styling expertise and experience facilitating, coaching, and evaluating retail training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
