Manager, Fashion Expertise - Boston Newbury

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise across boutique teams. Based primarily in the Boston boutique, this role supports Boston and Greenwich boutiques through training, coaching, and partnership with boutique leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, craftsmanship, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Coach advisors in personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess development needs, provide structured feedback, and support onboarding and career progression.
• Partner with boutique leaders to improve client experience, service indicators, and business performance.
• Promote digital learning and provide client and business insights to the Fashion Expertise Home Office.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and significant luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
