Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise across boutique teams. The role translates the House’s creative vision into engaging learning and elevated client experiences throughout the market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and service standards.
• Coach advisors in personalized styling, client relationships, and client appointments.
• Assess development needs, provide feedback, and support talent progression and new-hire onboarding.
• Partner with boutique leadership on learning initiatives, business objectives, and client experience results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, with experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Recognized styling expertise and demonstrated ability to facilitate training, coach, and evaluate.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
