Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops the fashion, styling, product, and service expertise of boutique teams. Based primarily in the Chicago boutique, this role partners with local boutique leadership and supports additional boutiques in the market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and luxury service.
• Coach Style Advisors in personalized styling and facilitate styling workshops and client appointments.
• Identify development needs, provide structured feedback, and support onboarding and talent progression.
• Partner with boutique leadership to strengthen client experience, collection impact, and business performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the market and work a flexible schedule.
