Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops boutique teams' fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise across the Dallas market. This in-store role delivers training and coaching, partners with boutique leadership, and helps create exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, House codes, and client service.
• Coach advisors on personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Identify development needs, conduct on-site coaching, and support onboarding.
• Partner with boutique leadership to improve learning, service, and business performance.
• Track learning and styling effectiveness and share client and boutique feedback with the Fashion Expertise Office.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience; luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and a strong understanding of luxury client expectations.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
