Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops boutique teams' expertise in collections, product knowledge, luxury service, client experience, and styling. Based primarily in the Dallas boutique, this role supports boutiques across the market and partners with leadership to elevate team capabilities and boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, craftsmanship, and service standards.
• Coach Style Advisors in personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess development needs, provide structured feedback, and support onboarding and talent progression.
• Partner with boutique leadership on learning initiatives, business objectives, client feedback, and performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and recognized styling expertise.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality, with retail training, coaching, and evaluation skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across market boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; able to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
