Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops the fashion, styling, product, and service expertise of boutique teams. Based primarily at the Ala Moana boutique, this role also supports the Waikiki boutique and partners with local leadership and the Fashion Expertise Office to elevate client experiences and retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
• Coach advisors in personalized styling, client relationships, and fashion recommendations; lead workshops and styling appointments.
• Identify training needs, create development plans, conduct on-site coaching, and provide structured feedback.
• Partner with boutique leadership on onboarding, business objectives, service indicators, and client feedback.
• Promote digital learning and track completion, training effectiveness, and relevant performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven retail training experience, including facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
