Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise transmits the House's creative vision across boutiques in the market, driving styling, product knowledge, and luxury service standards. Based primarily in Boca Raton and supporting Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Orlando boutiques, the role delivers in-boutique training, coaches Style Advisors, and partners with Boutique Leadership and the Fashion Expertise Home Office to elevate retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors on personalized styling, client development, and appointment execution.
• Animate styling workshops, monitor training effectiveness, and track digital learning completion and KPIs.
• Conduct on-site coaching, evaluations, and onboarding programs in partnership with Boutique Leadership.
• Provide qualitative client feedback and partner with the Fashion Expertise Home Office on collection messaging and retail strategies.
• Support boutique performance through VOC insights, action plans for slow-sellers, and cross-market collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with retail training experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate training, coach teams, and provide structured feedback to leadership.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
