Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based primarily in the Dallas boutique and supports boutiques across the market to translate the House's creative vision into exceptional client service and styling. This role delivers on- and off-floor training, develops styling capability, and partners with boutique leadership to elevate retail performance. The Manager coaches advisors, drives interactive learning, and supports onboarding and talent development across the market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique and off-floor training on collections, product knowledge, and luxury service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors on personalized styling, client appointments, and presentation.
• Lead styling workshops, observe performance, and co-create action plans with boutique leadership.
• Partner with boutique leadership and the fashion expertise office on collection messaging, VOC insights, and KPI follow-up.
• Design and deliver new-hire onboarding and ongoing development programs to build market capability.
• Conduct on-site coaching and evaluations, support talent progression, and travel frequently across boutiques in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and evaluation with recognized styling expertise.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills with a client-centered mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and sound independent judgment.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs, stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and travel frequently across the market.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
