Manager, Fashion Expertise - Saks Beverly Hills

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops the fashion, styling, product, and client-service expertise of boutique teams. Based primarily at Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills, this role supports boutiques across the market through training, coaching, and partnership with boutique leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and luxury service.
• Coach advisors on personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess training effectiveness, provide structured feedback, and develop individual coaching plans.
• Partner with boutique leaders to support onboarding, business objectives, and team development.
• Promote digital learning and share client and business insights with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise, strong fashion sensibility, and experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
