Manager, Fashion Expertise - Tysons Galleria

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops the fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise of boutique teams. Based primarily at Tysons Galleria, this role partners with boutique teams in the market to deliver engaging learning, coaching, and elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, product knowledge, craftsmanship, and service standards.
• Coach advisors on personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess training effectiveness, provide feedback, and create development plans with boutique leadership.
• Partner with boutique leaders to support business objectives, client experience, onboarding, and talent development.
• Promote digital learning and share client and boutique insights with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.

Requirements

• At least five years of related experience, with significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Recognized styling expertise and experience delivering, coaching, and evaluating retail training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift 15 pounds.
