SummaryAs a Manager Finance - Customer and Consolidation, you will lead a team responsible for managing and coordinating the close, forecast, and planning process for the Marketing and Credit finance team. You will support the development of Customer plans and Customer Health tracking, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. This role requires a proactive, creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail, committed to building and refining existing processes.
Responsibilities- Lead the close, forecast, and planning cycles for Marketing & Credit area, providing consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and finance partners to develop customer plans inclusive of key customer metrics.
- Act as liaison between Marketing Finance and Corporate FP&A, ensuring alignment around planning and forecast calendars.
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews and create alignment around forward-looking forecasts and plans.
- Support labor planning process for Marketing and Credit business, working directly with HR and senior leadership.
- Support the Marketing and Credit allocation process including development of planning models and methodology.
- Embrace and champion change with focus on implementing, editing, and improving processes across finance and the business.
- Collaborate and build credibility across the organization with key partnerships.
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, focusing on building skills and capabilities.
Requirements- 5+ years of related experience, FP&A retail preferred.
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing a team of financial professionals.
- Advanced financial modeling and excel experience.
- Strong SQL and Tableau/Power BI Experience.
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Experience in partnering with business leaders to develop strategic initiatives for growth and cost efficiency.
- Strong analytical, modeling and quantitative skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and simplify complex processes.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or comparable experience preferred.
