Manager Finance - Digital

Summary

Experienced finance leader to manage the Digital Finance team supporting Nordstrom.com and Nordstrom.ca with reporting, analysis, modeling and communication of impacts across the end to end digital P&L. Role requires strong leadership, communication and influencing skills to support business rhythms, translate data driven findings into actionable insights and operate effectively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through month end close, forecasting, budgeting and long term planning
• Analyze P&L results and recommend shifts in investments to ensure positive ROI
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and cross functional partners on digital business management
• Track and communicate performance via daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Support report automation and process improvement efforts
• Develop and mentor individual contributors to achieve financial and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, finance or economics preferred
• 8 plus years of experience in finance or economics with scope and accountability progression
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience with corporate metrics, analytical methods and driver based model building
• SQL and Tableau knowledge preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas functions and pivot tables
