Manager Finance - Inventory Optimization

Summary

Lead the Inventory Finance team focused on returns, inbound integrity, and shrink. Partner with business leaders to improve financial and operational outcomes while developing analysts and promoting accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance analysts supporting returns, inbound, and shrink workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to track, redesign, and improve economic outcomes.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficient, accurate financial reporting.
• Direct ad hoc analyses and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related finance experience, including at least 2 years in people management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing team performance through KPIs, scorecards, and development conversations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and lead through ambiguity.
