Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Fulfillment and Inventory Control at The Sono Collection, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team to achieve success and embody company values.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve success.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Create a fun and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead, train, and drive the execution of multiple playbooks, standards, and best practices throughout the store.
  • Support Buy Online, Pick-up in Store and Web fulfillment orders to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive and support the customer experience across department, store, and online market.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Rack Store is preferred.
  • Proven success in current role with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders.
  • Excellent communication and strong team building skills.
  • Talent for influencing others and leading change.
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
