Summary
The Global Rewards Manager manages compensation activities for designated client groups across the United States, the global Industrial organization, and Latin America Retail. This role contributes to global rewards programs and initiatives, providing compensation expertise, analysis, and guidance in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compensation programs, job evaluation methodologies, and salary structures.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including planning, analysis, execution, and follow-up.
- Advise Human Resources and business stakeholders on salary positioning, job evaluation, pay decisions, and organizational changes.
- Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, reporting, and workforce planning activities.
- Coordinate global rewards program implementation with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain compensation guidelines and documentation, support governance, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in compensation or rewards.
- Strong experience in U.S. core compensation within a matrixed, multi-business, international environment.
- Knowledge of salary administration, job evaluation, compensation reviews, and market benchmarking.
- Experience supporting global rewards programs across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and financial analysis skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong communication, collaboration, judgment, and attention to detail.
