Summary
The Manager, Go To Market Strategy Pro partners with corporate and field teams to develop and execute seasonal go-to-market plans that drive channel revenue and minimize inventory liability. This role conducts market research and trend analysis across North American key city ecosystems and translates insights into actionable strategies for product, assortment, and customer experience alignment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor, pricing, product, consumer, and market research seasonally to inform assortment and pricing strategies
- Research regional and North American city retail trends including wholesale and digital channels
- Consolidate research into scorecards and standardized briefs to identify opportunities
- Recommend ideas to drive revenue, retain clients, and attract new customers
- Lead execution of 360 customer experiences connecting product initiatives to the consumer journey
- Align commercial calendar events with in-store execution and client engagement tactics
- Partner with learning and development on product knowledge training curriculum
- Support visual merchandising execution strategies to increase in-season store sales
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, sales, and employee engagement outcomes
Requirements
- Progressive experience in trend analysis, strategy, communications, or product project management
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and facilitation skills
- Strong presentation design skills and proficiency with PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with retail or product teams preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends approximately 25% of the time
- Ability to travel as required
