Job Description

Summary

As a Manager HRBP at EssilorLuxottica, you will support the NA Customer Service business and HRBP team by executing HR programs and initiatives. You will assess HR-related needs and provide HR services for a North America brand or business unit, focusing on engagement, succession planning, performance management, recruiting strategy, workforce effectiveness, and individual development planning.

Responsibilities
  • Execute HR processes and efficiencies across client groups.
  • Ensure managers execute appropriate HR practices, processes, tools, and systems.
  • Provide support, training, and direction regarding HR processes.
  • Support the creation and distribution of HR communications.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs on process improvement.
  • Act as initial point of contact for HR-related issues and questions.
  • Build trust and provide rapid service to client groups.
  • Collaborate with HR COE partners to address opportunities systemically.
  • Support maintenance of position descriptions and job postings.
  • Coordinate support for store closure and organizational restructure projects.
  • Act as an advocate for employees, fostering a best-in-class work environment.
  • Participate in recruiting and on-boarding processes.
  • Provide guidance for HR-related concerns, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policy and employment law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Sense of urgency and drive for results.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to treat confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • HR Support experience in Customer Service or Contact Center environment.
