Job Description

Summary

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner - Southwest links people and talent strategies with business success across retail operations in the Southwest. This role advises senior business leaders, develops and delivers human capital strategies, and oversees their execution in partnership with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and the global HR mission.
  • Advise on employee relations, benefits, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, training, and organizational design.
  • Manage organizational risk and ensure fair, consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Build talent pipelines and succession plans, support employee development, and identify career opportunities.
  • Align, manage, and communicate HR projects between global and regional teams.
  • Assess HR processes and improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Review compensation and benefits trends and conduct local industry analysis.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, including HR generalist experience.
  • Retail or luxury goods knowledge preferred.
  • Strong leadership, consulting, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven HR service delivery expertise, business acumen, and analytical and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Advanced degree, HR metrics experience, and talent sourcing expertise preferred.
