Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Manager at the House of Dior in Beverly Hills, you will serve as an operational and strategic business partner, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. You will handle the employee lifecycle with confidentiality and professionalism, aligning HR strategies with the House of Dior's and HR Americas roadmaps.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the flagship store.
  • Lead HR strategies aligned with the House of Dior's and HR Americas roadmaps.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and ensure seamless and consistent practices.
  • Act as a liaison between the House of Dior and corporate teams.
  • Ensure precise and timely execution of HR operations.
  • Partner with the Talent Development team to identify and address training needs.
  • Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects.
  • Conduct career development discussions with employees.
  • Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters.
  • Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently.
  • Support performance management processes as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to Christian Dior and LVMH internal policies.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
