Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of IT Business Operations, you will support the consolidation of IT and Operation contracts at Holt Renfrew. You will collaborate with Procurement and IT Finance to manage contracts, ensure licensing accuracy, and develop strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SVP, IT leadership, IT Finance, and Strategic Sourcing to identify savings opportunities with vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with IT vendors, ensuring timely management to avoid service disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance based on KPIs/SLAs.
  • Manage IT contracts, ensuring obligations are audited annually and renewed as needed.
  • Oversee IT and Ecom Technology OPEX budget creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting and ensure audit compliance.
  • Support IT Leads in managing OPEX spend within budget and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a background in Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, Contract Management, and Business Operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
