Job Description

Summary

Reporting to the SVP Information Technology, the Manager IT Business Operations supports consolidation and management of IT and operation contracts, vendor relationships, and financial oversight for the IT function. The role partners with Procurement, Legal, IT Finance and Strategic Sourcing to ensure licensing accuracy, timely renewals, and contract compliance while supporting operational processes and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify savings opportunities for existing and new IT vendors and during contract renewals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Work with Legal to ensure contract clarity and accuracy
  • Audit licensing and ensure contractual obligations are met annually with business partners
  • Manage ActiTime for the IT group and oversee weekly Change Advisory Board meetings to satisfy audit requirements
  • Oversee creation tracking trending and reporting of IT and Ecom Technology OPEX budget
  • Manage invoice approval payment processes and audit alignment with contracts and budget
  • Liaise with affiliates staffing agencies contractors and HR on contractor agreements and consulting spend

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Information Systems Technology or Engineering background preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT contract management and business operations
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract language
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget creation tracking and financial reporting
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence executives management employees suppliers and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
