Summary

The Jewelry Merchandise Planning Manager shapes the jewelry business through demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and supply chain optimization. The role partners with teams across North America and internationally to improve product availability, sales performance, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and manage inventory for existing products and new launches across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Optimize product mix, allocations, stock balancing, and inventory for scarce products in coordination with commercial and international teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound product flows, shipments, returns, damaged stock, and stock reduction initiatives with logistics partners.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track sales, inventory, transfers, shortages, and logistics performance; lead process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in supply chain or engineering is an advantage.
• 5-10 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or buying, with demonstrated strategic impact and leadership.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the luxury goods sector, jewelry, and precious stones is an asset.
