Manager, Key Accounts

Summary

The Manager, Key Accounts supports commercial growth across luxury beauty and fragrance retail accounts. This role develops account plans and partners with retail customers to execute programs and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and manage key retail relationships.
• Execute retail events and programs with department store and specialty retail partners.
• Analyze sales and inventory, and manage allocations and orders.
• Use retailer portals and sales reporting tools to monitor account performance.
• Travel and work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of account management, retail planning, or commercial experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or a related premium consumer category.
• Fluent English and strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with retailer portals, sales reporting, and digital asset or content-management tools.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, collaboration, and adaptability skills, with sound judgment handling confidential information.
