Summary
Lead a team responsible for identifying assessing and mitigating risks that could impact customer experience and business outcomes for the loyalty program. Develop and implement strategies policies and procedures to minimize negative events ensure compliance and promote a culture of risk awareness while partnering across teams to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of risk professionals focused on loyalty program risks
- Identify assess and prioritize risks across financial operational and compliance areas
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies contingency plans and risk transfer mechanisms
- Manage vendor risk relationships and inform compliance requirements for product roadmaps
- Oversee UAT planning execution and completion to ensure systems meet business requirements
- Track report and analyze program performance data and effectiveness of mitigation efforts
- Update create and communicate testing risk management and remediation policies and procedures
- Partner with cross functional teams including marketing product technology customer service and legal to ensure compliance
- Provide reporting and communicate findings to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience credit and loyalty preferred
- 2 years of experience leading and developing a team of risk professionals
- Experience with UAT methodologies test management tools and software development lifecycles
- Strong analytical modeling and quantitative skills with proficiency in Power BI and SharePoint
- Proven problem solving attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience influencing senior executives
- Experience partnering with business leaders on risk appetite tolerance and mitigation
- BA BS degree in Business Administration Computer Science or comparable experience preferred
