Summary
The Marketing Experience Manager plans and executes localized marketing, branding, and event activities at the store and market level. This role builds customer traffic and brand equity through community engagement, store activations, and localized communications while driving measurable sales and client-retention results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage in-store events, trunk shows, and brand experiences, coordinating execution with store teams and corporate partners.
- Oversee event production, communications, reporting, and return-on-investment evaluation.
- Develop relationships with local philanthropic organizations, social groups, corporate partners, and media.
- Set commercial goals and associate follow-up plans for marketing activations.
- Manage the seasonal marketing calendar and store marketing budget.
- Write localized marketing materials and lead social media, email, and client outreach initiatives.
- Lead community service efforts and collaborate with internal teams and luxury brand partners.
Requirements
- Four to seven years of experience in brand marketing, event planning, public relations, or retail marketing; luxury or premium consumer experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience building, motivating, or coaching individuals or teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including the ability to present performance metrics and strategic overviews.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms and Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign and Google Workspace experience preferred.
- Availability for a dynamic retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
