Summary
The Manager, Marketing develops and executes store-level marketing, events, and community partnerships to build brand profile and drive business for the store. This role collaborates with store management, merchants, and the regional marketing team to plan activations, manage budgets, and support local communications and media engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage store events and client outreach in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Develop event concepts and drive production, including copy review and merchant requests
- Manage and report on monthly store marketing budget and event ROI
- Coordinate media attendance and communication of events with Marketing team
- Build and maintain community relations with partners to drive store traffic
- Coach and support selling teams and participate in recruitment and talent selection
- Develop local marketing plans for store services and experiences
- Ensure alignment of charitable programs and compliance with privacy and security policies
- Support employee communications and health and safety compliance
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business or related discipline
- 5+ years successful marketing or business development experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Proven track record driving business performance in retail
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Affinity for luxury retail and dynamic self-starter mindset
