Manager Merchandising

Summary

The Manager Merchandising will lead merchandising activities for the store location, driving product presentation, inventory allocation, and sales performance. This role partners with buying and store teams to execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal product strategies. The manager ensures merchandise is curated to meet customer expectations and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales and margin.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with buying teams.
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation in store.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandise assortments accordingly.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement promotional strategies.
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate seasonal resets and new product rollouts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in merchandising or retail management.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret sales data and inventory metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
