Summary

The Merchandise Manager leads store merchandising and presentation to create an energetic, style-conscious shopping experience. This role guides merchandising and selling teams while supporting store operations and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store presentation, merchandise implementation, floor moves, and planning.
• Use business reports and promotional calendars to set priorities and meet signing deadlines.
• Manage profitability, shortage, and adherence to audit standards.
• Coach and develop merchandising and selling teams to execute merchandise strategies and promotional events.
• Support store operational functions and maintain orderly, accessible stock areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
